To ensure a smooth process, you must schedule your pickup at least 2 working days in advance. Please email the following information to: jfsops.hk@jebgroup.com

• Order Number
• Preferred Pickup Date: (Must be between 3–7 November)
• Preferred Pickup Time: (Must be between 9:00 am–6:00 pm)
• Contact Person for pickup
  

• If you are sending a courier or third party to collect your order: You must provide the driver with the official pickup note (including your contact number) that we issue to you prior to pickup.
• If the driver does not have the note, they must provide our staff with their full name, contact number, and the number of pieces expected to be collected.
  

• All orders are pre-packed by our staff before your arrival.
• Orders must be accepted as packed. No modifications, repacking, or substitutions are allowed at the warehouse.
• Before leaving the warehouse, it is your responsibility to verify that the items match your order.
• Any discrepancies must be reported to our warehouse staff immediately while you are still on-site.
  

• Our staff does not load or unload items into or from your vehicle.
• You are responsible for all transportation logistics. Please bring appropriate equipment (e.g., trolleys, straps) and helpers to safely handle and load your items.
• The company is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss incurred during loading, unloading, or transit.

• All orders must be collected by 6:00 pm on 7 November.
• Uncollected orders after this deadline will be returned to inventory for resale. No refunds or credits will be issued for uncollected orders.
